Sheesh, I am really touched by the destination this week as DH was knocked off his bike last night by somebody running a red light. Luckily he himself suffered no worse damage than a sore knee and foot - am I ever grateful that it's only the bike that needs to go in for bodywork repairs. So this goes to Neil with prayers and best wishes for his continued recovery as far as is possible, and for his family as they adapt to the change.
Card is kind of a remake of one I made a while back, but I added some biker leather to this one.
Size fits a business envelope - base was sponged with Barn Door, Spiced Marmalade and Mustard Seed. I meant to stamp some fine black swirls over but forgot, darn it.
For the leather I embossed a piece of black card with Mesh and then swiped with Versamark and embossed with clear EP. I added some silver brads. Metal panel is a piece of thin card covered with foil and embossed with Clockwork. I sponged it lightly with some alcohol ink and added a big HOTP brad and a little silver star.
Snoopy stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks and a silver pen for all the chrome work. Snoopy and exhaust all popped up on foam.

Great card! So sorry to hear of your DH's accident. As a rider myself, I know how drivers don't pay attention to motorcycles...wishing him (and his bike!) a speedy recovery!

Oh Sabrina, I am so glad your DH is o.k.! I found, when we used to ride a bike, that motorists don't respect you very much.
I love this card....great southwest colors and wonderful details perfect for men! Love the 'leather' and the embossed silver foil and the great way you gave the image panel a feel of speed! Top marks!
