Here are the projects I did at my very first (and so far my only) workshop. The 2-4-6-8 box was inspired by the one in the example demonstration on the Getting Started DVD. Everyone was new to stamping so I used an incentive stamp to show how they are assembled and then put it in the box for the hostess to keep as her gift. Once I build my business a little more I hope to be able to do nicer hostess gifts! The bookmark was designed to show the items in the Heartfelt Thanks kit at the front of the IB&C.
Sometimes I wonder whether I did too much and overwhelmed them, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves!

I'm a demonstrator and still have never been to a workshop, but if I had gone to one, I sure would have enjoyed seeing these lovely items. Keep up the good work. I'm doing my 2nd workshop this weekend and I have the same concerns about overwhelming them. But a demo's gotta do what a demo's gotta do!!! :-) Free stamps during SAB seem to have gotten one of my buddies to finally consent! We'll see what happens...

I am sure your enthusiasm was contagious! You did great projects, they look duplicatable, and i am sure your guests enjoyed! I have found that if the workshop runs long, then sales are not immediately forthcoming. many times the guests need time to process if i haven't made sure they have the time there at the hostess' home. For sure, follow up with these gals and thank them for coming, and ask them what they thought!!!
Good job, and good luck!

Wow you did really cool stuff! I have tried to do 3 projects at workshops and it just doesn't seem to work for me. I do totally hands on projects , 2 seems to be max for 2 hours....I do 4-5 projects at my stamp camps and they last about 3 hours. As a customer if I had seen these I would have been motivated to purchase and come back for more! good job!

I am just viewing the sub gallery for the first time and came upon your workshop samples. I think these are excellent for demos; great job on picking out a little of everything -- but not too overwhelming -- and everything looks so beautiful!! tyfs
