This was for one of the teachers at my DS's school. He'd had a family member (parent) pass away. I always find it harder to do a sympathy card specifically for a younger man.
To get, and keep, the crisp white edge around the focal image, I tape my Nestabilities die in place. To do this I use a Blue painters (as in house painter) tape, that can be removed from household surfaces after 60 days. This I have found, doesn't tear my CS afterward and it keeps the die in place nicely, without moving, with the hard, circular, motions of the sponging.
(in Australia it's a 3M product that is a form of masking tape)

Beautiful sympathy card. Thanks for the hint of using the "blue painter's tape". I was just thinking the other day, there has to be something you could use to keep the nestabilities from moving and you came up with this idea. I always used post-it notes but like your idea better. TFS!
