This week's Inspiration Challenge was to choose an item from the Singing Cat Studio Etsy store....wow, there were some gorgeous pieces there! Though I didn't have metallics, I chose to use similar colors to this gorgeous pendant.
I started out by cutting out the window and curtains using the new Spellbinders/ODBD Windows Die Set. I then traced the window die onto white cardstock and cut out by hand for the outside scene, which is from the Our Daily Bread designs set, Quiet Waters. After coloring the scene with SU markers, the window frame was popped up with foam tape. This was a very fun and easy card to make. I can't wait to use this window die with more stamps!!
Card 'Ingredients':
Stamps: Our Daily Bread designs 'Quiet Waters';
Ink: Stazon Jet Black, and SU markers;
Cardstock: SU Bordering Blue and Whisper White;
Designer Paper: Basic Grey 'Pyrus' and 'Life of the Party' (wood-grain paper);
Accessories: Spellbinders/ODBD 'Windows' dies, May Arts Twill Ribbon, Antique Brass Brads, Paper Piercer and Template, Sponge Daubers, Foam Tape;
Size: 5-1/2 x 5-1/2.
Thanks for looking! Have a blessed day!

This looks so nice. I am loving that window die, and your peaceful scene outside is so serene. The DP you used certainly looks like wallpaper. Good job!
