Don't you just LOVE getting a new stamp. I just bought this image and thought it would be a perfect fit for this week's sketch (SC35.
The image is from Inkadinkadoo, and I colored her with Copic Markers. I used the "out of the box" technique when cutting the image out with Spellbinder Ovals. The paper is from DCWV. When I showed the finished card to my husband he said it looks like she has a black eye. That is supposed to be a shadow and it is on the stamp that way. You know how a simple comment can change your entire attitude towards something, well now I am second guessing and wondering how many other people are going to think she has a black eye or that her mascara is running - LOL. Men.......
This Diva is going to be one of my FAVES that I turn to, and my future DIL is going to love this (it is for her). She loves vintage and so do I. Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you like it too

Barb, your card is gorgeous. In the gallery thumbnail, I thought you had attached a real feather and accents...they are colored so life-like! Your soft green with the red accents is stunning. Needless to say, beautiful coloring.
I so agree, someone sees something in your design you never saw.....and you never look at it as you originally did.....your eye always goes to that element they noticed(usually in a negative way).
