This card was made with the Goth Girl stamp and colored with watercolor pencils and a Niji Waterbrush. Sometimes I color a little with the pencil and spread the color with the brush but mostly I use the brush against the tip of the pencil to pick up color like I would with a watercolor paint set.
The background paper is a technique featured in a past Technique Junkie Newsletter. I ran a piece of purple Shimmer Sheetz through my cuttlebug with the Devine Swirls Cuttlebug folder and then rubbed a Jet Black Stazon Ink Pad over the surface so that the only purple showing through was in the indented swirls. Then I cut a piece of purple Shimmer Sheetz to add as an accent and stamped it using Jet Black Stazon Ink and the Lost Coast Long Swirl stamp. I cut the edge to be wavy and then fringe cut in little snips along the edge and curled the fringe. I applied that using my ATG tape gun and added paper flowers.
