I know, I know...cheesy title for my card, but I couldn't come up with anything else. LOL...
Anyhow, here's my card for this October CAS Sketch Challenge http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/fo...a-t539206.html. I've been MIA from the weekly CAS Challenges, but am finally finding my way back. It feels so good!
I started by spritzing the Crumb Cake card base with an Early Espresso marker. While it dried, I stamped the hot air balloon image onto watercolor paper with Jet Black StazOn ink so I could color it with a Blender Pen and watercolor crayons. I used my Big Shot and the Two Tags Die to cut out the tag from some Neutrals Patterns DSP and stamped the sentiment with Early Espresso ink onto it. It's embellished with a Real Red Flower Brad/Rhinestone combo and then adhered to the card. I cut out the balloon image (omitting the rest of the falling hearts and sentiment) and adhered it to the card with Dimensionals.
Now I've got a graduation card for later this year when my son and all of his friends graduate from high school. Thanks for the great sketch and challenge Miss Boo...aka Jen.

Regina, I just love how you used your die cut tag as the background for your perfect sentiment for a graduate and partied up the card with the hot air balloon, brad and rhinestone. TFS

Cheesy isn't always bad you know Regina. This is a darling card and I love how the sentiment goes with the hot air balloon. I love hot air balloons, but would be too chicken to ever go up in one!
