I hope I don't get in trouble by the sketch police ;)...I omitted panel #1....but I did stick to the rest of the sketch .
I created this card for the SNSS November Release Blog Hop going on today. What a hop! So much eye candy it makes me want to create all day .
My card was made using our new Lacey Eyelet Borders die set and a gorgeous new stamp set called Snowflake Flourish both designed by the talented Dina Kowal.
We introduced the Lacey Eyelet Borders die set at the York Heirloom Stamp Show a few weeks back and it was such a hit, it SOLD OUT the first day! I am thrilled to have it back in stock for this release .
The bottom "ruffled" area on my card was created using tissue paper. I originally intended on doing what Edna shared for her HYCCT challenge recently, where you cut out a bunch of layers from tissue paper with your die and create a "crochet" effect, but I had a bit of trouble getting it to work for me, so I decided to try something different and created a layered "ruffled" look instead. I think it turned out pretty cool despite it not being my intention.
