Yes, its the paper ribbon challenge...
The "ribbon" has been trimmed with the eyelet border punch. It is made from an envelope which has the roses printed on it... I just cut the back open and trimmed to size... #a tip for using thin paper in this punch is to back it with scrap CS, or it tears#

Pixie pink ink and CS, whisper white CS and embossing, rose romance and pretty in pink inkers
crystal effects over rose, and cuttelbug EF over the CS...
