I was inspired by these coke crates: http://www.bluecarrotshop.com/detail...&ID=37&CatID=7http://www.bluecarrotshop.com/detail...&ID=37&CatID=7 and the green wood grain here http://www.bluecarrotshop.com/detail...&ID=66&CatID=7 My son is celebrating his 11th birthday with a few friends for a sleepover...why do we call it that when they won't/don't sleep???? Figured I'd get a jump on the day with a card while they're "winding down"
I had a mini coke playing card that I split in half...the circle is punched from the backside...then sanded and distressed. I made the wood grain with the Distressed Texturz plate inked with Soft Suede onto Garden Green and Soft Suede cs. Added some pewter pieces and some red gingham ribbon that I sponged a bit. With a pewter ep embossed sentiment added I was done!

How great that you had coke playing cards on hand - although it will now be difficult to play a game But the sacrifice was worth it - love how your card turned out!
