This wreath is made up of several different sizes of paper & cardstock rosette flowers. I originally made this for my daughter's Halloween birthday party, but then decided that if I was careful with it, I could get some good Halloween use out of it for years to come-as long as it doesn't get smashed!
To make the various sized Rosette flowers I used the Martha Stewart Scoring Board, a wreath I purchased from my local Dollar Tree, & paper & cardstock from The Paper Studio.
I did rate this a 3 because the rosettes to take A LOT of time and A LOT of patience. If you're not careful, it's very easy to rip & tear the paper.
