Dabbling in some "altered" art for Halloween - Got the idea from my sister many years ago (RIP) . Created a little scene using a bunch of Tim Holtz dies and working with light bulbs as the ghosts...yep a little bit of recycling! One of them is painted in white acrylic paints by Claudine Helmut ant the other is totally glittered in white glitter by Elizabeth Crafts.....the house, tree and leaves on the base are all from Tim Holtz dies glued onto a part of an egg crate in order to hold the bulbs in place. The dies are all embellished with a little bit of EC Glitter Ritz glitter that really shines IRL....anyway just a little rememberance of Terry and a little celebration piece for Halloween
Thanks for taking a look!

You have to love recycled art! This is fabulous use of old lightbulbs! Who'd have thunk? Your little scary (well not so scary really-too cute to be scary!) Halloween scene is darling and delightful. Love your sister's idea and how you've used it here now. She's surely smiling! TFS. : )
great idea...I have some light bulbs out to make balloons, but now i will make some of these ghosts...TFS
