CAS140 - cupcakes
CAS130 - Sketch by DieCutDiva (Terri)
I am under a challenge (again) by my DH to try and make cards that don't cost a fortune to mail (he gives me this challenge 42,000 times a year). I made this card this morning before work (another great advantage to CAS cards).
The teapart this week is wild! It is involves an evil stepmother, 41,997 snarky daughters, 3 sweet daughters, tea, cupcakes, magic, and snakes.
My cupcake is full of magic (see the magic sparkles around the cupcake). If the evil ones eat even one bit of this cupcake, they will be sweet (it has a magic spell on it to make them want to eat it too). I am sure you have already taken care of the situation teapotters, but just in case, I am sliding in at the end of the party with a last ditch save.
No punches, but I thought about them a lot!!!
This card is off to cheer up Elsie who is having a birthday and has had a really tough year!

Thinking about punches is good enough, I suppose. Your cupcake looks yummy. Oh, that postage to mail these packages and cards is pretty bad..especially getting them hand stamped. But, what can you do?
Cute card, Nancy..glad there are no snakes on it.:)

Well, you pretty much sumed up that teaparty to a tea! Ha! OMG! This card will make Elsie happy, this card will make your hubby happy and this card will make all the teapotters happy to view! Just look at that yummy frosting! It's truly wonderful!
I love that you work so hard to come to all of the teaparties Nancy, and do your best to send your wonderful cards to all the destinations! Thanks for making this awesome card for Elsie! She will be touched, tickled and impressed all at the same time!

I would like to know if you ate the other half of this cupcake....lol No not really, but it did cross my mind. I do like that design element because it gets your imagination going....see what it did to mine!!! lol This is just darling and a real challenge to keep a card at 44cents to mail. It's going up a penny in January too!
