It's Friday! Whoo Hoo! AND we have a new Queen. It is Holly, aka:Hollerinastamps. Holly what a fine gallery you have. I chose smashed leaves to case......my card....
I chose this card because the smashed acrylics intrigued me. I had never tried that. Oh, things I changed are I guess colors, bg, ribbon and left off the sentiment.
To do my smashed acrylics, first I stamped the vintage text on acetate with stazon timber brown. Flipped this over. On a scrap of cs I put three colors of acrylic paints. Since I didn't have a dauber, I crumbled up plastic wrap and bounced on each of the colors onto the acetate. Layered this with white cs, then black cs with the edge punched
My bg panel was put together by first stamping this clump of leaves with lettuce clear eb. Colored each leave with re-inkers and several colors. Then I versamarked and clear ep'd the leaves. Took a kaleidacolor ink pad with autumn colors and brayered over top of the leaves.
Put my acetate panel on top of this adding the ribbon, the put on a black ac card. Make a bow and stamped a single leaf that I cut out.
Holly, hope you have a terrific time being Queen! Have a great weekend all!....TFL :0)
