It's time for me to start Thanksgiving cards. The Sketch Challenge this week was a perfect layout for this old favorite of mine. These Pilgrim & Indian kids are from retired a Stampin Up set. It's a favorite because it reminds me of my kids when they were little. I have three kids in the same order: a son, a daughter and a younger daughter who loves Indians. I haven't used this stamp in a while, so it was good to take it out & put it to good use. If you have this same set, I challenge you to dig it out and make a card with it. Let me know if you do. I made two similar cards, which will go to the grandparents. The kids & sentiment are embossed. I used a blender pen & ink pads for watercoloring. The designer paper is from SU!, but I don't know the name. It is so old that it is only one-sided. That's how SU! paper started out. Glad they are doing two-sided now. Happy Thanksgiving! TFL
