Here is my card for today's tea party. We needed to bring lots of ooey gooey cupcakes to the party so Cakerella, Gingerella and Tearella can keep their step-mother and snarky step-sisters at bay. We also needed some extra teapots and pink gingham, just in case. To find out what on earth I am talking about, check out the Teapot Tuesday thread here: MMTPT168 ~ HOCUS POCUS! LET ME FOCUS! COME TO ME MY MAGIC SNAKES! by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers
In real life our cards are for Elsie, a good friend of fellow teapotter, Sharon (smadson). Elsie's birthday is October 31 and we want to help make it a happy one. It's been a sad year for Elsie as she lost her son in Afghanistan. To hear more about Elsie, go here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Off to get some tea and a cupcake before they are all gone!

No worries Carla! I hid extra cupcakes! There will be some for you.....hey, what's that all over your backside! Carla, you sat on, I mean found the cupcakes I hid! Or your backside did! Note to self: Hide cupcakes higher up next time! Ha!
Ooh, this is the epitome of a wonderful teaparty cupcake card! I love the feminine feel to this.....flowers, teapots, cupcakes with special swirleys! I love it...and so will Elsie. This will make her want to sit down and have tea with her friends! She loves tea, ya know! You did good!
There's a restroom just down the hall so you can change your clothes. So sorry about your backside!

This is a lovely card and a great stamp. I hope to make her a card before I leave on a trip on Friday as we have 2 things in common. My birthday is October 31 also and my mother's name was Elsie.

How pretty! Carla, that's a lot of coloring, and it's gorgeous! Love that double gingham bow!

Carla, what a perfect image for this Tea Party card. Your coloring is lovely and I like the old-fashioned looking DP behind it. Elsie is sure to love it!
