Thank you Bev for a fun challenge! I wasn't sure exactly how to do it~so before I wasted good paper I did it with copy paper. I like how it turned out. I stamped the image inside the card. Stamped again, cut out the post mark, butterfly and flower and popped up. I cut the circle, when I cut the larger scallop circle I cut out the center of the of the scallop circle to make the frame. Added rhinestones. The seam binding is hand dyed with DI Spun Sugar. I made the button with the flocked dp and backed with some cardstock for stability, punched two holes. Stamped the sentiment and punch with a scalloped oval, sponged the edges and tied with twine. I did the same tech inside to make a scallop circle around the focal image. A very fun card to make. TFL

Oh, I love this card - it's really beautiful! The colors, framing - image popped up - all wonderful! I will have to try this - I've seen several, but have yet to make a similar card.
