Thank you Steph and Gail~love the Homscapes Gallery~a cool site with lots of inspiration.
This was mine; http://www.handscapesgallery.com/Roc..._Scissors.html
It is box number 7. I wasted a huge amount of paper with this one! I started out with glossy paper and used alcohol inks. I colored the image with Bick markers and heat set, thought it was dry, set it aside to cut the black mat and one of my cats layed on it and totally smeared it! I really like the look, but I had already done it four times. I finally stamped my image on white card stock, masked it and using a TH felt pad and applicator applied three different colors of Distress inks. Removed the mask and colored the image with copics and a black colored pencil. Stamped the sentiment and matted on black and pop it up. The cardbase is purple. TFL

Gotta love those cats...LOL! Your card is fabulous...well worth the time and effort. Thanks for the link to your inspiration piece...I hadn't got that far yet and there's tons more inspiration in that category alone.

Such a shame about your earlier accidents - I just HATE smears and smudges - but you ended up with a really beautiful card. I've learned the hard way that if I stamp on glossy card I need to go away and leave it for a couple of hours before going any further.

Love your background. I struggle to keep my cats off the stamp table because I can't stand that they might track through something wet!

Linda, excuse me, but i'm a little confused over here. Is this the final card the cat sat on? If it is, let me just assure you I'll have a first class airline ticket for the little feline to come over and do the same thing here. Wow, girl, you have grown so much as an artist. I remember when you first started on SCS, and what you bring to the table today is nothing like what you brought as a newbie!
