I have been trying to make this card for two weeks. Thanks to EmmaF http://ladynthestamp.blogspot.com/20...stockings.html. I cased her card but changed it up a bit. I used the Stitched Stockings set, heat embossed the stockings, and added the silver bling paper to the cuffs, heels and toe. I also added it to the sentiment. I just LOVE this paper! I could not find any DSP to match the three embossing powder colors, so I made my own. I cut slivers of cherry cobbler, wild wasabi and basic grey and made a diagonal stripe pattern on WW. Then I ran the whole thing through the square lattice EF and Viola! DSp! The sentiment is half of a Petite pairs sentiment set.
I am really liking how this turned out...I hope you like it too. Thanks Emma for the inspiration!

Ah Girl, this is definitely a beauty and definitely a keeper... Love the homemade dp and the the way you have texturized it with the lattice folder. I also love the textured embossed background behind the stockings.... Using the glitzy paper for the cuff, heel and toe was a wonderful idea... This is soooo cute, into my favorites it goes.... Thanks so much for sharing....
