Mojo funk...the cooler weather means the end of al fresco dining for the season. The process of clearing the dining room table and moving my stuff back upstairs where it belongs seems to be sapping my creative energy, so no story...just best recovery wishes for Chip. Chip is the husband of Karen aka Redbugdriver, my fellow Punchkateer. To find the real story and how to play along, cast your net toward the Teaparty here: MMTPT167 ~ JEREMIAH JUMBALEIGH! WANNABE REFEREE OR TRADITIONAL FAM-I-LEE! by Mothermark at Splitcoaststampers .
Stamped the fish on basic grey in Versamark, then dusted with Pearl-Ex and fussy cut. Stamped the creel on birch sheet in Archival sepia, restamped the hat on felt and fussy cut both. Added some Copic shading and gold gel pen for the buckle. Ran a piece of Marina Mist CS through the CB branches EF that had been inked with Marina. Fashioned the dock from a brown scrap with the MS scoring tool. Stamped the pole in Sepia on a Flourishes cream card, then restamped the end on the dock. Matched them up, colored and assembled on the card. Sponged with more Marina. Stamped the Flourishes sentiment on the TE die cut clouds. Popped the clouds and hat and done. PT - 2
Thank you so much for looking. Have a peaceful week.

Hi there! Well, I don't know about mojo funk! (Sounds like the name of one of my characters in my story) This card is pretty darn cool Marie! First of all the water is awesome! The way you did the sentiment on the cloud is awesome, and the dock and fishing gear just waiting for Chip to join them is awesome! That is awesome all the way around! Whoot!
PS...I know what its like to be moving stamping stuff around. I once moved my entire stamp room into another for more space of course, and it about did me under! Whew! What a pain, huh!

There's a lot of ingenuity in this Super creation!! I love how you did the water with the twigs ef, the creel looks like real wicker and well the hat is! That's a nice catch too, looks like there will be a fish fry tonight!!

Laughing at *moving your stuff back where it belongs*. While I like autumn, it's certainly sad when the warmer weather comes to an end - my feet are not liking being back in shoes and socks again. Great choice of folder for the sea, and I love the sentiment in the cloud.

I hear ya on the end of the summer season blues, but it hasn't seemed to effect your creativity. LOVE the rippled water on your peaceful fishing scene!
