Wanda's challenge for HYCCT today was to include a hanging image or element in our cards. I decided to make a [url=Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers Tent Card//url] and hang my cage. It's been a long time since I tried one of these, so it's not as fancied up as it could be...For starters I'm going to add a little pearl to the centre of the brad
I followed the tutorial, using Bazzill and Basic Grey Kioshi. For the paper on the back I stamped it with RubberNecker's bamboo background in Perfect Medium and dusted with green Perfect Pearls. I also added a couple of strips of grass along the centre fold.
Bird and cage are Spellbinders Bird Sanctuary cut from scraps. I sponged the bird's wing, and embossed the cage gold with EP. I'd have liked it to hang more loosely but I'd have had to start out from scratch and make a bigger card, so I just hung it with a brad.
