This is so not my usual style. I rarely do CAS but I really liked how this sketch works with little images. This was a really quick card. It has taken me longer to upload than it did to make. I used a set that will be relased next week by Mark's Finest Papers called CARDINALS IN WINTER. I love seeing the little touches of red that the cardinals bring in the winter time. They really love the old oak tree outside my bedroom. I listen to them in the summer but with all the foliage it is harder to see them.

Your cardinal is just beautiful, great highlighting and the black base with gold ribbon is stunning! TFS

Beautiful card Marilynn. I love the red of the cardinal and how it pops off the page. Love watching them in the winter as well. They're so striking against the white of the snow. Yuck--did I say snow!!! LOl TFS
