I made this card organizer for my MIL for Mother's Day last year. I was originally going to have just one page per month but after it was stamped, I decided to add and extra page using solid cardstock.
Directions: 1.) You take 12X12 cardstock and score in half.
2.) Rotate paper and score at 4" from the bottom (so you've now got a score vertically in half and horizontally at 4 inches.)
3.) Fold up the 4" flap.
4.) Fold in half.
The cut edges will be where the binding goes. Cut a 6 X 8 piece of cardstock for the front and back covers. Decorate before you bind (and if using eyelets, brads, etc. - before you fold.)

Wow Miss Ladybug-- what a great job! All that stamping! How big is this? Is it 1/2 sheet? So much work--hard to appreciate how long this could have taken you. If you could post some of the instructions here--that would be wonderful.
BEAUTIFUL. Thanks for sharing such a clever idea!
