I thought it would be really fun to make a really dressed up sour cream container and add a hanger so it could go on the tree! I added the waffle paper ruffle before I rolled up the paper, and since one side of the waffle paper is shinier, that allowed me to have the shiny side out all the way around. I used a loop of ribbon to make the hanger, and I tied the ribbon in a knot and put that inside the container before I closed it up. I wanted to use a brad to keep the knot locked tight in place, so I made a little punch art poinsettia to decorate it and one of the brads in the poinsettia goes all the way through the container. The poinsettia is made with the 5-petal flower punch, sponged and then I used a Q-tip to smooth on a little Crystal Effects for shine. (A great tip that I learned from the fabulous Jackie Topa - thanks Jacke!) White the CE was still wet, I sprinkled a bit of Dazzling Diamonds glitter onto the flower.
The label on the front is made from punching the Decorative Label punch twice. If you want to see how to do this, I explained in on this post on my blog http://mnfroggie.blogspot.com/2011/0...orial-for.html
