For the Christmas Card Challenge, I decided to make some cards with Christmas wreaths on them.
I punched out about 24 pieces with the Martha Stewart pine branch punch and stuck them overlapping onto a narrow circle created with two Nesties. A few gold star-shaped gemstones decorate the wreath.
The background "door" was made by laying the dp over a grid of squares on a light box and going over the squares with a stylus (the good old-fashioned method for embossing). I added a round gold embellishment for the "door handle".

Wow! Your card is so very pretty. I really like your idea and the door is awesome. Love the wreath - nice and full. The little stars are the perfect touch. Just gorgeous. Thanks for sharing your creativity.

Fabulous card. Wonderful job on the "door" with your 'good old-fashioned' embossing. Looks great.
