My sample for the September Week 4 Viva la Verve sketch. Stamps are from Verve. The diagonals might look a little tricky, but they're really quite easy. For mine I just cut three 3/4" strips from a 6x6 paper. I then stitched each strip along both sides, distressed with a little Vintage Photo ink, then glued down to my main panel (3.5" x 4.75"), starting with the longest diagonal and then cutting off the excess.

Oooo, aren't you smart about the diagonals! I'm glad I saw this before I tried the sketch! : ) Your card is just perfect. Those colors are so rich and the ribbon almost looks velvety against them. Beautiful!!
