For those of you too young to know the term "millinery" it means the designing, making or selling of hats. This sentiment is actually a piece of old typeset that was found in an antique store. As it is not a rubber stamp and there is no flexibility to it, you really only have one chance to make a good impression with it...I think I did fairly well with it today. My paper bag portion is the piece behind the sentiment..it's one of those bags that have old ads printed on them. I thought it apropos for my theme.

Polly, what a fabulous vintage-styled card. Your printed paper bag couldn't have been more perfect. I love that type set sentiment. REALLY neat. As I have said before, you have the BEST images...unusual and appealing. Wonderfully "cloched" ladies on your card...all done is terrific colors.

This is just so cool and creative. I AM old enough to know what a milliner is....my grandmother used to live over one when I was a little girl....always fascinated me. Your card is lovely.

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?
life is something that happens only when you run out of cardstock
