This is an easy and fun project. You just cut a piece of cardboard the same size as the frame opening, cover it with batting and fabric, and then use a glue gun to fold it over to the back. The cute flower is made with a circle punch of card stock and fabric glue. You just tear a strip of fabric about and inch wide or so, tie a knot in one end and glue the knot to the middle of the circle. Then twist the fabric around itself as you go, and form a circle around that center knot. Secure the end of the fabric to the back with more glue.
