I had planned on stamping and embossing on some dp but instead I just let the dp work for me.....details....
Took some of my favorite dp, G45. On one side were all these ladies, which I probably never would have used, and on the other side was blue with dots. So I cut a panel of the dotted side for my bg. Also punched out some of the circles on a scrap piece so I could pop a few up.
Turned the dp over and cut out a few of the ladies, then glued them to the dotted panel popping up the top parts of them. This reminded me of long time ago when we had cut out paper dolls. My sis would design clothes for them. Boy, am I dating myself or what?! hehe
Took a white cs card, sponged edges with tea dye. Added a stamped and eb Inkadinkado image then put my dotted panel on.
Added a ribbon I found on my table and some "lips" I cut out too cuz I thought they were cool. hehe Took my pen and added some lines on the edges to age it a bit more then popped up some of the dots.
Well, this card is totally not my style but I kind of had fun putting it together.....TFL :0)

Love how you cut out those lovely gals for your card. I LOVE G45, but never want to cut into the paper with all of the big, gorgeous images! LOL. You have inspired me.

Your mentioning the paper dolls brought back memories -- my mom (who was quite an artist) would make my paper dolls for me. I like the vintage look of your card.

Oh, Cathy, lovely card and awesome vintage images. Paper dolls - used to cut them out and they would come in these 3 way folders that opened up so you could store them and use the folder standing up for a backdrop/house, etc. Yeppers - paper dolls.
