I recognized this basic grey "lucky" paper right away! I love what you did with it! Love the ribbon accent! Did you paint the top of the tin? I have some of these tins and was wondering what to do with the top! Thanks for the inspiration!

Hi barb! Yep, I painted the top then sanded for a distressed look. It's kinda hard to tell in the photo but the top is actually a dark dark purple. Good luck with your tins, they're really fun to do!

I just made my first tin tonight. Boy is it ever time consuming. I have decided I don't want to cover another one with cardstock. It was a pain in the ***. I like how you painted it.
Like I said, it is my first one and how odd that I used the EXACT same Basic Grey you used!
