This is an Viva Las Vegas stamps image with an River City Rubber Works sentiment. done on Neenah cream with versafine and some old paper distress, the pearls are from Kraiser, the lace is vintage and a little on the tattered side as I'm thinking they had to mend these things and keep them forever. thanks for looking & Thanks for this challenge!
