This card is going out to Barbara to cheer her on. She loves birds so I am sending her a bluebird and some flowers.
Base is Island Indigo embossed with swiss dots. Panels and image are layered on Coral Calypso and embossed with houndstooth. The dp is from SU. Flowers on image are colored with SU markers coral calypso and lucky limeade. The rest is colored with Copics. Panels are pierced all along edges and used a white gel pen for stitching. Flower is made using the SU five petal punch and molding it with a stylus and attached with a fabric button. Yellow stickles in flower centers and white Opal dots around image.
Tell me what you think. tfl

I'll tell ya what I think! Whoot! That's whut! This is so awesome, the colors are wonderful and I love what you used for the center of your flower! I thought it was fabric! It's awesome! The way you framed the little birdie with the pearlized stuff is awesome too! Very nicely done Faith! Barbara will love it and be very touched!

What an amazing looking brad, Faith, it looks as if it belongs on a silk kimono or something! Especially with the red flower, it makes me think of lacquered designs. That wood panel is so lovely too, and the red dogwood. All in all a beautiful card.
