Perfect challenge today, to recycle. I've been thinking all week that I'd like to make a shaker card, so I recycled the packaging from my new Spellbinders for the acetate front of the card. I also rescued the back of a watercolour pad from the recycling bin and used that for the shaker frame. It's so thick and heavy that I don't normally even use it for album covers and had thrown it out yesterday.
A2 base.
Image layer is Snoopy stamped on Bristol Board and masked. I then stamped the trees with ColorBox Pigment Moss Green and embossed them. Sponged the sky with Tumbled Glass and then took the mask off and coloured Snoopy with distress inks and added AppliGlue for the snow and hat trim.
Front of the card was cut with Labels 18 for the window, then embossed with Snowflakes. I sponged the outer edges with Tumbled Glass and the frame edges with Moss Green.
Sentiment is See-D's, punched with a tiny tag punch and added to the card with twine and a snowflake button. Shaker element is seed beads. I find Flower Soft generates a lot of static and sticks to the acetate rather than shaking.

Clever and creative use of those Spellbinders bubble packaging, Sabrina. Hate to think how many I have tossed. Love your adorable snow scene with Snoopy shaker card.
