I am SO late to last week's tea party. My mojo was just in rest mode. "TREES" on my mind all week..... Finally YESTERDAY I rediscovered this stamp I had bought long ago. Palm trees! Why not? We have several in our yard, and the neighborhood features millions of these not-so-good-for-shade tropical trees!
I dragged (or is it drug?) SU Pixie Pink and SU Baja Breeze across the top 2//3 of a piece of off white CS, then stamped the land and trees image using STAMP-IT Christmas Green. I then added the seagulls in the sky, and cut away the edges. The edges are "edged" using Copic Marker YG67 and mounted on a piece of off white CS, then on dp and the green base card. I added 3 little brass seashore symbols to the left side.
I hope you like it! It was fun to make once I found my inspiration stamp! It will be mailed to Connie Jo in Colorado TODAY!

Whoa! Good thing I came back to see if I left my teapot here! I would not have wanted to miss this wonderful card! Ooh.....What a wonderful calm, peaceful, soothy, enjoyable card! This will take Connie Jo to a happy place as she is dealing with the pain! Isn't it fun to reunite with old favorite stamps? This is very beautifully done! Connie will be so tickled to get it! You had the perfect finishing touches...the little gold charms are da bomb! You did good!

Love the look of your "dragged or drug" ink pads across the paper. hehe Such lovely palm trees too. So glad you found your stamp. Sounds like me, always putting something somewhere only to find it elsewhere later. Make sense? My sis will love your card. Thank you so much for thinking of her. TFS :0)
