Love my embossing folders, and like Wendy, I have too many to count. But aren't they just fabulous? And perfect when you want to add that somethin' somethin'.
For this card, I used a frame folder. After I embossed it on the teal, I traced inside the lines w/ a gold gel pen. The greeting square was heat embossed I used a Cheery Lynn Italian Flourish die on the gold card stock and this was a breeze to cut using my Grand Calibur. The large teal layer was embossed with a Cuttlebug folder and I used a gold gel pen to trace the lines. The gold cross ribbon was white but I used a marker to dye it to match my card. the finished card measures 6.25 x 4.5 (A6).
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff

What a rich and elegant card, Julie. The bright turq and gold metallic embossing are exceptionally beautiful together....like a piece of jewlry with your delicate die-cuts and dry embossing.
