It looks like I'll be heading for the back door this week. I didn't do a snowy scene, nor golf, nor lots of trees. This week our cards are going to a fellow Teapotter, ConnieJo9, that has recently had knee surgery.
I brought a little village
where you can smell the fresh air
It's far away from Clover the cow
and her hay filled lair.
The grass is green
and the houses are clean.
It's summer up in this high meadow
the flowers are blooming
and I'm feeling mellow.
I'm sending this wish to a Tepotter fellow,
wishing you well and walking again
with only memories of that darn knee pain.
Here's to hoping your up and at 'em
in no time at all,
Golfing and snowboarding and
having a ball!
This cute little row of houses are from and old Validated stamp. I stamped it first onto the white and then each house onto scraps of colored c/s and cut out. Then adhered over original stamped image, with either tape or 2 different thicknesses of dimensional adhesive.
The sky is chalked and the little birds are sewn on.
I put a house on the envie too!
Connie, I hope you are back on your feet ASAP!

You have trees - maybe not lots, but they're there. And a village - I loved that little village scene on the teapot. I like that your little houses have flowers in the lawn, and birds in the trees .
