DTGD11Understandblue - Just call me Monet (or not). This was fun! Oddly enough I actually had acrylics in my cabinet from the chairs I wanted to paint for my daughter before she started walking. Well, she's 20 years old now, and I never painted the chairs but the paint is still in good shape.
I mix the blue with white and it looked close enough to sky. The green and white was okay for land and I dipped a rubber stamp in the green for the fake trees. The horizon is Ranger distress ink spiced marmalade.
The Iris is a stencil and I used Metallic gold embossing paste. First time for that also.
Let's get into some more dirt!

This turned out so well - the background panel is beautiful - the yellow strip is so like the wheat fields in France, so Monet could be spot on . Your iris is lovely too.
