p.s. - Woodstock has flown a bit further to the right on the card - after uploading I thought he didn't look right where he is. I'll try to take a fresh photo later but it's time to go and get dinner on the way.
I've been planning this card all week since Shadow's Mom sent me some of these map images , and I nearly made it for the Inspiration challenge this morning, but it works well with Julie's challenge.
A2 kraft base. I used the Provocraft Clockwork folder inked up with black ink to stamp but not emboss the base.
I sponged the map image, cut it with Labels 10, sponged the edges black, added black brads and popped it up on foam.
Sentiment made with a Dymo label maker.
I knew I wanted Woodstock floating over the map, and I knew I wanted to have the clouds that were part of the stamped image. The only solution I could come up with was to stamp it on acetate. So I stamped with StazOn on the front, and sponged the back lightly with Pearl mixatives and a pale blue alcohol ink, just to add a bit of defnition. I also edged it lightly with black Stickles. I used AppliGlue for the clouds.
Having discovered that anything I tried to colour Woodstock with was too transparent, I stamped him again on card, coloured him, cut him out and used Glossy Accents to stick him behind the stamped image on the acetate. Both map and Woodstock are up on foam - Woodstock's is tucked nicely behind the balloon.
I love this - thank you Lee-Anne for the map.

Lots of work to turn out a wonderfully cute card! Every design element combines to make your card flow nicely. I too, like the acetate and your label maker sentiment.
