It's Thursday and time for another StampinB challenge. This weeks challenge is hosted by Faith, a/k/a Markie's Mom, to make a card using a ribbon.
Since I'm freaking out about holiday cards already, I decided to make a Christmas card. I tried to make it somewhat simple so hopefully I can duplicate at least a couple of them with different dsp's.
My ribbon is the fold ribbon and the gold piece inside the poinsetta is a premade sparkly metal bow so I think that counts too - at least in my mind!
I used the SU Deck The Halls dsp, paired with cherry cobbler. I embossed the white panel, paper pierced it, heat embossed the greeting and popped up the main dsp panel on dimensionals.
Thanks for taking a look and if you want to join in this challenge, just click onto the StampinB on my signature line and be sure to put StampinB as one of your keywords.
PT: Only paper piercing today!

Whew! I thought you had snagged that gold embellie I sent on your Christmas card last year. I'll get out the magnifying glass and check to be sure. LOL Love your gorgeous card and the pretty paper and embossing folder. Good use of the ribbon, too.

Pamzi - this is stunning. Love the dp and that gold metal bow - that is beautiful. I am starting to get a bit nervous about the Christmas cards too - I was doing good but now I have slowed down. I may make one and do this challenge today. Love your card! Hugz!!!

Gorgeous Christmas card. That DP is soft and pretty. The embossed white panel set it all off so nicely. I love the way you did the ribbon/bow - definitely the main feature of this card.
