Who can resist Gingerbread. Not me. It's one of my favorite Christmas images. Today's card is for the "Move Over Miss Gingey" teaparty.
This is a stamp I won from Stamp and Create in a challenge a few months back. It is from High Hopes and is called Gingerbread Couple. I put some "frosting" on my gingerbread with a "Snow Writer" bottle and sprinkled glitter on top of it. The heart shaped cookie is from K & Company chipboard pieces from last years collection.
I have now broken out all the Christmas paper and punches and goodies out of my cedar chest and don't want to put it back!!! I'll be leaving it out now as I love to make Christmas cards.
Thanks for stopping by. I really appreciate it. I can't wait to visit the gallery to see all the Gingerbread as I love them so much!

Well, if Gingerbeary didn't come to the Gingerbread Party, something would be seriously wrong this week! Ha! No surprise that you are ga ga over gingerbread anything! This image just rocks! I love this sweet little couple! Who'd a thunk that Stingey Gingey could get so many family members to show up! I simply love all of the detail to your cards! The stiching, the coloring, the fun corner peices! I am tickled that on this Tickle a Teapotter Tuesday, you broke out the Christmas stuff and your holiday stamping begins! Whoot!

I smell the gingerbread baking in the oven right now! Just darling, Carol. Christmas cards are my favorite to make and I'm looking forward to getting started before long.

That's the fanciest gingerbread I've seen in a long, long time! How cute is that couple, and I love the DPs -- especially those chocolate chips up in the corner. Love your card, Carol!

(WOW !where did those countryfied references come from??? Somewhere in the deep dark recesses of my brain. I am grossing myself out.....)Your card is just precious, love that cute little couple and all that you have done with them!! Beautifully done!!

OMG... what a delightful gingerbread confection! The couple is adorable, and so cool that you won the image! Love the frosting on your cookies and the sponged edges on SB layer... it looks just like a lacy cookie! Fabulous card!

What a rich and festive looking gingerbread card. Hmm, somehow I thought that this theme might be right up your street . Those bejewelled corners are especially great.
