I got help with this card....my Kota sistahs Kittykat and Rosiebudstamp linked me to the layout and the other to the technique http://stamptv.ning.com/video/heat-e...ackground-with. I love the little bird in Beautiful Season. I stamped it with Stazon Black onto shimmery white cs, colored with blender pen and ink pad, added white accents and little bling lines, then put it on the inside of the card, surrounding it with the frame that comes with that sizzix die. The way I did the front of the card and the frame, I covered the plain cs with versamark, heat embossed it in gold, ran it through the big shot, then distressed it with a sanding block so it is not too shiny. I added vintage brads to the front and ran cherry cobbler seam binding through the brad legs so I could tie it closed.
It was a log of work, but it is really soooo pretty IRL. I hope you like it too!
Thanks for looking!
