Our challenge over at Crafty Secrets this week is to use something new. I just bought this new stamp set "Couple of Cuties", the frame, and the seam binding. As an added something new I've never tried dying seam binding to make a "messy bow".
You would think I had shares in the company that manufactures pearls for the amount I used. I couldn't stop, it was "that would look good with a pearl on it" etc. The image was watercoloured and all the paper edges were sponged with walnut stain.

The tea dyed seam binding looks great with the image, and the watercoloring of the image is perfect. You can never use too many pearls, I know what you mean I never know when to stop. Beautiful card.

Your card is so very pretty. The image is just adorable and beautifully watercolored. I love the pearls - and awesome bow!! Can one really have too many pearls on one's card?? I think not - pearls are, after all - elegance! Perhaps, crafters should invest in the stocks of craft companies - it's a gazillion dollar business!

The cute couple look great in that beautiful frame and I love your gorgeous seam binding bow - great card! Thanks for playing along this week, glad it prompted you to use your new goodies straight away rather than stashing them!
