Ever since the tutorial came out I have been obsessed with these cards. It just had to be fooled with to adjust the measurements (no big deal). This one will be headed to Calgary to one of our stamp group members, who emigrated two years ago LOL, who is getting married in August. (don't look Kirsten!) The main image used the new SU folder which was then heat embossed with iridescent ice and touched with a watercolour technique using Lavender lace and old olive. The DP is unknown that I found at the Sally Ann. Nice and simple but very effective...I thought!

Beautiful work colouring that embossed image - those big folders that are a focal point on their own intimidate me. Funny, somebody else saw the step card in the sketch too, it never crossed my mind. Could be that I so often seem to fold them wrong and end up with the first card in the recycle bag!!

This is drop-dead-gorgeous!! Love your embossed and colored panels with those beautiful flowers and vines. I like how you took the sketch and created a specially constructed card from it. Very creative.....and terrific engineering skills! : )
