A clean and simple design for today's technique challenge, color blocking with a twist. This is my first time inking up an acrylic block but it won't be the last. Thanks for the inspiration today! My twist is that after inking up the block with Hero Arts soft pool ink, I then kissed the block with the Lace Background stamp inked in Pear Tart ink. I love the soft and subtle look.
Supplies: Basic Grey Sweet Threads Thank You stamp set and Lace Background Stamp by Hero Arts Acrylic Block, Soft Pool Shadow Ink by Hero Arts, Jet Black Archival Ink and Aquamarine Archival Ink by Ranger, Pear Tart Memento Ink by Tsukineko, brad by Basic Grey, white cardstock by Bazzill

This is GORGEOUS!! I love the colors and the twist you added! I didn't have much success when I tried to add texture with a background stamp, but yours is just lovely!
