Today's TSC was to emboss, use metal and use a border. I colored the image with copics; Mounted the image and the sentiment behind chipboard frames that I have had for evah. I painted the one framing the boots with a Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pad because it was originally P I N K and we can't have that. Then I embossed a wood background and inked that too. Then I remembered we were to use metal so I ran a piece of foil through the Big Shot and inked it too. Got a call regarding my Mom and didn't get back to the card until some days later at which time I finished the card; went to pick it up to make the photo and realized I had left off 2 of the main requirements. If you look closely at the photo you can see I AT LEAST included them in the photo. OK, OK, I'm a rulz breaker..............so sue me! My metal is the brad. The boot ribbon was from a surprise care package from Mimi Pat (Pat Smethers) and I think it goes perfectly with this image.

Tater this is so cute! I like the image you used and you colored it perfectly. Then the dp is so cute and I love that border. Wonderful card. I love Texas. I lived in Longview and Austin in the early 70's and wanted to end up in Austin but the Lord had other plans for me and I left California and landed in Missouri! Go figure. Here's a big ol Texas hug right back atcha.
