Today we were to make a crazy collage card. I just realized I didn't read the part that said "crazy"....OOPS! Anyway, this is so out of my league that I would consider this "crazy"!......let me explain....
One crazy part is that this card cost me $99 to make. Okay, maybe I am exaggerating a tad. I went to Michaels just to get a new blade for my cutter and left with a big bag of goodies only to discover things weren't what they were suppose to be. I bought a new tape runner that the box said "comes with not one, but two rolls of tape". Opened the box and it had no tape. Also bought a "black" pen in the black pen spot, got home and it is dark blue.
SO I, one who hates to return things, will be heading back to the store as soon as I finish this post. dang! I hate that!......my card....
I did use four different stamps, one that I bought today. Coloring was done with re-inkers, sponging and just plain swiping of the ink pad onto the paper. Deckle scissors were used for the edge. The "create" charm was another newly purchased item.
Well, off to do what I detest.......return stuff. Have a great day and remember.....check inside the boxes of things you buy because someone else might have removed stuff. ugh! not nice!.......TFL :0)

oh my goodness, sis, this is GORGEOUS!!! Love all of the stamps you used so perfectly. you do vintage beautifully. We must talk about this card live so you can explain the steps to me. It is so hard to believe that the lace is a STAMP!!! By the way, the items you mentioned do not seem to be able to add up to $99.00 what else aren't you mentioning....inquiring minds need to know!!! hugs, call me when you get home.

Oh my gosh!! - that definitely sounds like the craziest trip to the hobby shop that I've ever heard of. Crud is right!! I wonder if I would have ended up making a card that day. Your creation is so lovely though. I love the colors you used - especially that bright green. The script and flourishes are wonderful too. Such a nice collage card. I wish I had time to play, but at least I am having the pleasure of looking. :>)
