My friend SawyerBean taught me how to do this! Just playing with my new Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer punch and various papers. What fun! Some of the paper is embossed. I raised some of the pieces on dimensionals.
It is best to start in the middle of the card so you do not run out of space.
Some of the paper was double-sided made it easy for matching.

Blue and yellow is such a pretty combination!! This card is so cheerful!! Great job with getting everything lined up!! Me I'm always crooked, no matter where I start!

What a terrific match up with the yellows and blues mixed and matched all over the tic tac toe quilt look!! Quite an eye catching card!!
