This project was inspired by the Explosion Box. In my head I had named it the Reverse Explosion Box. But once it was completed, it looked more like a pinwheel, so I changed it.
I wanted a box, that was more than just a pretty box. I wanted additional character and interest that might endure as a keepsake for some special person.
There are lots of additional pictures on my blog if you care to have a looksee at Paper Castle
Thanks for lookin'!

Wow, this is so amazing - just gorgeous. Love your color combo.
I can't imagine making something like this, my brain would probably blow a fuse. Well, if I had a brain it would. Surely this is not what you were referring to as a Cas. Was it?

This certainly can not be the easy thing you were telling us about. I came to look to see what CAS means to you and I am hoping this is not it! This is so beautiful and so cool and definitely something someone would keep forever as a keepsake, but I would take an all day class for me to make it (send us the signup sheet - LOL). You are skeering me on the furniture challenge big time!!!!
Seriously, this is amazingly beautiful like all your creations! Hugz!

wenchie this is beautiful. I love the colors and all the details.
It would be a wonderful keepsake. I sure don't know who you make these boxes for but they sure get a treasure. I could never in a milllion years make one of these, so I'll just admire your gallery.

Very clever!!! I'll be trying one of these, though I would like to know the dimensions of the box. Are they pretty much the same as the explosion box? Great job!
