Fun challenge - thanks, Wendy. I was tempted by Bastille Day and Barbershop Day, but with this Stampavie stamp in my collection, Hammock day was a hands-down winner - and right now it's the weather for it here.
A2 base, papers are My Mind's Eye Bloom and Grow.
Image stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks. I added liquid pearls to the bottom punched edge.
Daises punched from watercolour paper and shaped with an embossing tool while still damp from having the edges tinged with pink - this seemed to give them even more dimension than normal. Centres are 1/2" circles sponged with Mustard Seed, edges distressed and then shaped with a cake decorating too. Foliage is Sizzix, cut from Bazzill and sponged with Shabby Shutters.

The daisies and leaves are a WONDERFUL addition to the darling little mousie in the hammock!! Wouldn't it be fun to sleep like that without a care in the world? Great job, my friend!

Very cute and I love the daisies! Nice day here to be doing exactly what that little mouse is doing! Adorable!
