Here's my card for MOJO197 for the layout. I created a shaker card using a template from my sweet friend, Pat (imastamper). I was afraid to try it until she posted yet another darling card, and I had to plunge in. Thank you SO much, Pat, for the template and the fab directions! They made it so much easier.
This also works for Technique Learning Challenge 331, which has yet to be named, but involves stamping the image inside and on the border and coloring both. I vote for Biggan's suggestion of "Crossing the Border" to name the technique. I used Copic markers to color inside the shaker and Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol to color on the Kraft mat.
The ribbon turned a funky ruby color when I photographed it. Everything else looks true-to-life. It's really a purple, not a ruby, and matches much better. :(
Thanks for looking!

Gorgeous Shellie! What a cool technique, I hadn't seen this one before, pretty effect! LOVE this card, finding seashells is one of my fav things to do! I really like the ribbon and how you spread it out!
